Haugh Lane, Woodbridge

A development of two detached dwellings on a brownfield site in Woodbridge. The first house adopts the traditional Suffolk vernacular style, with clay pantile roof, red brick plinth, rendered walls and painted softwood joinery.

The second property is based on the form of the original workshop that occupied the site, with materials and detailing that are reflective of traditional Suffolk style outbuildings including clay pantile roofs, shiplap cladding, soft red brick plinths and timber joinery.
