A development of two detached dwellings on a brownfield site in Woodbridge. The first house adopts the traditional Suffolk vernacular style, with clay pantile roof, red brick plinth, render walls and painted softwood joinery.
The second property is based on the form of the original workshop that occupied the site, with materials and detailing that are reflective of traditional Suffolk style outbuildings with clay pantile roof, shiplap boarded walls, soft red brick plinths and softwood joinery.
