Fisher House & No. 4 & 6 Atlantic Quay, Glasgow /
We are pleased to announce that approvals have recently been achieved for a number of Change-of-Use applications for a series of modern office blocks in Glasgow’s commercial sector.
Patrick Allen & Associates Ltd were appointed to assist Artisan Planning & Property Services Ltd to secure a series of planning approvals for the conversions of a number of existing office blocks into alternative uses. Although not more than 15/20 years old, these 8-11 story office blocks were operating at less than 50% occupancy and so Muller International sought to explore and achieve approval for a number of other more viable alternatives including University accommodation, flats, serviced flats, hotel, food & drink, gym and shops.
