A housing scheme incorporating forty dwellings of various sized units including low cost market housing with the introduction of eco-friendly design elements. The concept being to embrace green architecture, as well as making the project realistically economic. |

New Build - Conservation Area, Woodbridge
The scheme provides two high quality houses in the former garden of a late nineteenth century house, creating a positive contribution to the historic town of Woodbridge, Suffolk. Taking into consideration the conservation area, careful liaison with the client and local authority at the design stage led to being able to achieve a carefully thought out building development. The scheme was awarded by the Suffolk Association of Architects (SAA) in 2008. |

The scheme provides high quality residential apartments and offices in a key location that links the historical town of Woodbridge to the Deben River front. The varied form and style of the buildings reflects the former nature of the area. |

Refurbishment - Butley Mill, Butley
The creation of an attractive and ideal use for a disused water mill, whilst retaining the style, form and detail of the original mill. The reinstatement of the lucam and matching elements provide a link with the historic purpose of the mill. The building includes five holiday apartments on the upper floors, with games room, ancillary accommodation and the stream all located on the ground floor of the mill. |

House Extension - Ufford
An innovative solution to the extension of a small thatched cottage. The design of the extension creates an expansive open aspect from the key roads to the garden and the open Suffolk fields beyond. The fully glazed, open plan contemporary accommodation is placed inconspicuously along a traditional style high garden wall which forms enclosure to a vehicle yard. |

The brief involved the incorporation of a large nursery retail unit into the traditional town environment, continuing the Notcutts hundred year establishment on this site. This scheme forms the final part of the overall development strategy of the original site. |

The formation and development of a five hectare site which was formerly used for a small nursery retail unit and nursery gardens. Providing a principal layout that accommodates a major medical centre, public open space housing and an enlarged garden centre. |
