A development of nine detached dwellings. The development was based on the principles of a traditional Suffolk farmstead.
The primary dwelling takes its design cues from a Suffolk farmhouse, with the remainder of the properties designed to reflect the Suffolk vernacular of converted barns, outbuildings and traditional agricultural cottages.
